Eastern North Dakota Synod

Thank you for using resources from the Eastern North Dakota Resource Center. Below outlines the lending policies, guidelines, and fees.

Who can borrow materials?

• Lending is open to all interested individuals or organizations.
• Synod members pay only return postage. Donations are welcomed.
• Synod users have first priority for resources.
• Borrowers from outside the synod may purchase a yearly subscription for $150 for unlimited use of resources (September – September)
• For individuals or churches outside the Eastern North Dakota Synod with out a subscription, there is a $10 fee for single videos. Multiple video sets are $25 – $50.

Returning Resources and Late Fees:

• Return resources the day following their use. Return label enclosed.
• If resources arrive in a damaged condition, please call the resource center immediately: you will not be help responsible. If resources are damaged beyond repair while in your possession, please call the center about replacement costs
• If you wish to pass along a resource to someone else, call the center first. Remember: resources checked out in your name are your responsibility.
• If resources become eight weeks over due, you will be sent a notice to remind you to return the overdue materials.
• If resources are still overdue after receiving two notices, we will as you to replace the cost of the resource.

Copyright Infringement:

• Don’t ever copy resources in any form or for any length of time. This is illegal! If you are interested in purchasing a resource, please call the center for information.
