Rostered leaders in their first 3 years of call are required to attend FCTE. The ELCA recognizes that the transition from seminary to the parish is one of the most significant changes in a rostered leader’s life. 
The First Call Theological Education events are meant to spend time tending to that transition and assist in leadership formation. Join Luther Seminary Faculty, Concordia College, and Synod staffs as we gather to talk about your ministry and passions for ministry.
