Congregational Leadership Academy (CLA) continues into the new year with an additional focus. The Worship Focus launched November 17 with 12 participants from the EaND and NW MN Synods. Four more Saturdays (Jan-Apr) are scheduled to continue to equip lay leaders with best practices for using their God given gifts in service to their congregation.

151 people completed the Mayo Clinic Health Assessment, which resulted in 81.6% of those eligible, resulting in over $29,000 in savings for the congregations of the EaND Synod!!! (Only three synods had a higher completion percentage, not that I’m at all competitive :) )
