The Executive Director is responsible for all aspects of the organization and reports directly to the Board of Directors. S/He is the key spokesperson for the organization. Education: Preferably a four-year degree in a business related field or equivalent experience in a similar discipline. Experience: A minimum of 15 years in a relevant environment. Our Savior’s Lutheran Church, a 1700 member ELCA congregation in Moorhead, MN, is seeking a 3/4 time Minister of Music and Worship to coordinate the recruiting and rehearsal of music teams to lead and support the congregation’s worship experience.
