A Service for the Family of God

…including all our neighbors affiliated with American Crystal Sugar

American Crystal Sugar

People of faith along the Red River Valley are invited to come together for a Worship Service for the Family of God. The service will be an opportunity for persons who care about the five American Crystal Sugar plants along the Valley—farmers/growers, union workers, management, and their neighbors—to gather together simply for prayers, songs, and readings from Scripture. New and Renewing Mission Table: Invitation and Back-Story

The Prairie Faith Parish

Over three years ago, an experiment began in the central region of the Red River Valley between the Holmes United Methodist, Beaver Creek Lutheran, and Trinity Lutheran Churches under Pastor Mark Ellingson. Over those years, the congregations developed a relationship where they shared joint worship services, potlucks, and mission projects. Leaders from each of the congregations were chosen and a parish council was created.
