Voting Member Registration Information
- Synod Assembly information and materials will not be mailed; all registration forms and general information is available to view on our website.
- You may register one of two ways:
- Complete and submit the registration form online and send in your registration fee to the synod office
- Download and print the registration form on our website, complete, and mail it with your payment to the synod office.
- Voting Member fees are non-refundable.
- If substitutions of Voting Members are made, please inform the synod office as soon as possible.
- You email addresses will be required this year. All voting members will receive email notifications regarding important assembly information. If you do not have email, please use your church email address.
- Voting Member registration closes March 29, 2010.
Visitor Registration Information
- Visitors are welcome to attend all events. Pre-registration is required for meals. Visitors may register as outlined above (same as Voting Members).
- Visitor Registration closes April 5, 2010.
Voting Member Business Materials
- Pre-Assembly Voting Member Business materials will be available on our website March 26, 2010. We ask all voting members to download, print, and bring necessary documents to assembly -or- we ask pastors and/or secretaries to print materials for their congregation’s voting members. For those congregations or voting members who do not have internet access, materials will be available in paper format only upon request.
- Resolution Deadline is March 18 at 5:00 pm. The resolution worksheet is available to download on our website; it is also being mailed in the synod newsletter February 19, 2010

Service project opportunities for everyone! Indicate your activity level when you register; you will receive your mission assignment upon arrival at the Civic Center; plan to wear comfortable, casual clothing on Saturday - Together in Mission Celebration
Saturday, 6:30 pm; celebrating our “Mission Blitz” experiences, celebrating our synod & churchwide shared ministries, and honoring clergy and congregations marking significant anniversaries; a casual buffet dinner and a short program - Global Mission Breakfast
Sunday, 7 am, Trinity Lutheran Church; tickets – $12 / person (information on registration forms); Paul Aladin, president of Tri-City Haitian Ministries, guest speaker - Worship with Holy Communion
Sunday, 9:00 am; installation of Rev. Kari Bah, Associate with the Bishop; offering designated 1/3 to Lutheran Malaria Initiative, 1/3 to Lutheran Disaster Relief, and 1/3 to the Sudanese Worship Community
Remember to bring: a non-perishable food item for a local food pantry and your coffee mug and/or water bottle
