The registration fee is $80 per person by February 29, $95 after February 29 (lunch and dinner meals included)
Registration fees are to be paid by the congregation/agency.
All voting member registration fees are non-refundable
Visitors are welcome to attend all events. Pre-registration is required for meals.

All rostered clergy and associates in ministry under call or contract are voting members.
Any confirmed active member is eligible for election to be a voting member. The number of elected lay voting members from your congregation is determined by the number of baptized members (see the Synod Assembly Registration Letter (download .pdf file) for more information).
Retired and on leave from call clergy/associates in ministry have voice, but not vote (unless serving a congregation under contract).
If substitutions of voting members are made, please inform the synod office as soon as possible.

Blocks of rooms have been reserved at the motels listed on the Hotel Information Sheet (download .pdf file). When reserving a room, please refer to the room as Eastern ND-ELCA.
